Infrared Sauna

We have our own infrared sauna at Nature’s Health Hub and all of our sessions are booked in slots of 1 hour time frames. It is completely up to you whether or not you want to remain in the sauna for the full 1 hour session.

An infrared sauna uses infrared heaters to emit infrared light experienced as radiant heat which is absorbed by the surface of the skin.  Benefits from using an infra red sauna can include better sleep, relaxation, detoxification, better sleep, weight loss, joint pain and sore muscle pain relief, improved circulation, clear and tighter skin,  plus much more.
